1) Polyester coated aluminum coil (PE)

The polyester coating formed by repeatedly baking and coating the surface of the aluminum coil can form a continuous solid film with strong adhesion, which has the protective and decorative characteristics. It is a kind of UV resistant coating. Polyester resin uses the polymer containing ester bond in the main chain as the monomer, and alkyd resin is added. The UV absorber can be divided into matt and high gloss series according to the glossiness. It can endow colorful aluminum products with rich colors, good gloss and smoothness, superior texture and feel, and can also increase the sense of hierarchy and three-dimensional.

It can protect objects exposed to the atmosphere and attacked by ultraviolet radiation, wind, rain, frost and snow; Due to temperature difference, freeze-thaw cycle, corrosive gases and microorganisms, the coating can play a protective role, especially for interior decoration.

2) Polyvinylidene difluoride coated aluminum coil (PVDF)

The polyvinylidene difluoride resin mainly refers to the coating of vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and other small amount of fluorovinyl monomers. The chemical structure of fluoric acid base material is combined by fluorine/carbonization bond. The stability and firmness of the chemical structure make the physical properties of fluorocarbon coatings different from those of general coatings.

In addition to the excellent wear resistance and impact resistance in terms of mechanical properties, it shows long-term anti-fading and anti-ultraviolet properties, especially in harsh weather and environment. After high temperature baking, the molecular structure of the coating is tight, with weather resistance, especially suitable for outdoor decoration.
